e-App
Step-by-step Instructions
Prenatal Enrolments
Sales Representatives may enroll subscribers who are expecting, prior to the birth of the baby.
- Application must be completed (including any deficiency corrections) within 120 days of obtaining the subscriber signatures
- We recommend having subscribers sign a maximum of 90 days before the due date to allow sufficient time if the baby is born later than expected and if there are any deficiencies requiring correction
- If the customer wants to enroll an existing child in addition to the Pre-Natal application, you must complete separate applications so the application for the existing child can be submitted immediately.
Steps to create a Prenatal Application on e-App:
- Create e-App and complete all fields as normal with the exception of the following fields in the Beneficiary section:
Pre-Natal Enrolment indicator: Tick this box to indicate that the enrolment is pre-natal
Beneficiary First Name: Can be filled in if known or left blank if not yet determined
Beneficiary Birth Date: Must be populated with the expected date of birth
Initial Deposit Date: Ensure this date is at least 2 weeks after the expected date of birth in case the baby is born later than expected

Remote Signatures for pre-natal application:
Please note: When using the Remote Signature process, the application must uploaded and approved by Tier2 within 14 days of the subscriber’s signature including any deficiency corrections.
